Ten (10) prizes will be awarded to the first ten (10) units that sign a residential lease agreement during the promotional period and whose move-in process takes place between August 1 and 31, 2026. The benefit applies exclusively to the base rent and therefore does not include or cover:
• Administration fees,
• Utilities,
• Additional services contracted by the tenant,
• Extraordinary charges or any other cost other than the base rent of the property.
To access the promotion, the lease agreement must have a minimum duration of 12 months. This promotion is valid only for new contracts and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
