Promotion valid until August 31, 2026. This is an extraordinary promotional activity and does not modify contracts signed outside of the expressly established periods or conditions.
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded to the first ten (10) units that sign a residential lease agreement during the promotional period and whose move-in process takes place between August 1 and 31, 2026. The benefit applies exclusively to the base rent and therefore does not include or cover:
• Administration fees,
• Utilities,
• Additional services contracted by the tenant,
• Extraordinary charges or any other cost other than the base rent of the property.
To access the promotion, the lease agreement must have a minimum duration of 12 months. This promotion is valid only for new contracts and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per unit. Subject to availability and lessor approval. The promotion may be modified or canceled without prior notice before the contract is signed. This promotion does not modify or affect contracts already signed.

The rent corresponds to the apartment rent and the maintenance fee. Public utilities are paid separately, as established in the contract and according to each apartment’s individual consumption.
LiveSpace+ Ciudad del Río offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Availability and pricing depend on the specific unit and are confirmed during the commercial process.
A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed. Pets must be small or medium-sized, with a combined maximum weight of 45 kg, and have a valid vaccination record. All pets must be registered in advance and approved by the building management.
Breeds classified as potentially dangerous under Colombian regulations are not allowed.
Yes. A one-time security deposit is required upon move-in, along with a monthly pet fee.
The building has a designated pet area, and there is also a park located in front of the development.

Yes. The building offers private parking spaces for residents at an additional cost. Visitor parking is also available, subject to availability and time-use regulations.
