The minimum contract term is 12 months.
The rent corresponds to the apartment rent and the maintenance fee. Public utilities are paid separately, as established in the contract and according to each apartment’s individual consumption.
LiveSpace+ Ciudad del Río offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Availability and pricing depend on the specific unit and are confirmed during the commercial process.
A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed. Pets must be small or medium-sized, with a combined maximum weight of 45 kg, and have a valid vaccination record. All pets must be registered in advance and approved by the building management.
Breeds classified as potentially dangerous under Colombian regulations are not allowed.
Yes. A one-time security deposit is required upon move-in, along with a monthly pet fee.
The building has a designated pet area, and there is also a park located in front of the development.
