Referral Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions of current promotions.

1. Purpose

The Livespace Referral Program aims to incentivize current residents to recommend new residents for properties in the Livespace portfolio, granting an economic benefit in the form of a discount exclusively on the lease rent.

2. Benefit

For each referred person who signs a lease agreement of 12 months or more at LiveSpace+ Ciudad del Rio and makes the corresponding payment for the first month’s rent, the referring resident will receive a discount of $1,000,000 COP.

This discount will be applied in the month following the signing of the contract and the effective payment of rent by the referred person.

Conditions of the benefit:

• The discount will apply only to the rent of the resident who made the referral.
• The benefit is not transferable to third parties.
• The benefit cannot be given in cash or in any form other than a discount on the rent.
• The benefit does not apply to the referred person, only to the resident who makes the referral.

3. Referral Registration

For a referral to be valid within the program, the resident must register it prior to the referred person’s visit to the property by sending an email to: rentascdr@hastaresidential.com or rentascd2@hastaresidential.com.

The email must include:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address

If the referral is registered after the visit to the property has already occurred, the referral will not be considered valid for purposes of the program.

Additionally, the referred person must expressly state from the beginning of the process that they were referred by the resident, mentioning their name.

4. Conditions for Applying the Benefit

The benefit will only be granted when the referred person signs the corresponding lease agreement and makes payment of the first month’s rent.

The benefit will not apply if:

• The referred person does not sign the lease agreement.
• The referred person cancels the process before signing the contract.
• The referred person was already in the leasing process.
• The referred person had prior contact with Livespace through any channel within the 30 days prior to the referral registration.

Prior contact is considered any interaction recorded in Livespace’s databases, including web forms, leasing WhatsApp, phone calls, tours or scheduled visits, real estate portals, broker referrals, or other acquisition channels.

If the prior contact occurred more than 15 days ago, the referral may be considered valid provided there is no active process.

The discount will be applied once per valid referral and in the month following the signing of the referred person’s contract, subject to prior approval by the Property Manager.

The referring resident must be current on payment of their contractual obligations. In the event of termination of the lease agreement or move-out before the benefit is applied, the discount will be forfeited and may not be transferred or applied to penalties or damages.

5. Accumulation of Benefits

The program allows for the accumulation of benefits.

If the accumulated value of the discounts exceeds the value of the monthly rent, the remaining balance will be applied to the following month.

A resident may register more than one referral within the same month. The cutoff for registering and validating referrals will be the last day of each calendar month.

Each referral that meets the conditions will generate an independent discount.

6. Final Provisions

The benefit will be applied exclusively as a discount on the lease rent.

Livespace reserves the right to verify compliance with all program conditions before applying the benefit, as well as to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.

Any modification will be communicated to residents in a timely manner.

The program is valid as of July 31, 2026.
